Flipping the Champion face-up in Phase 2 activates Slow Activation skills.
Activate Slow/Fast Activation skills when flipped face-up.
Fast Activation skills can be used anytime but require the Champion to be face-down before flipping face-up to activate.
When the Champion is face-up:
You may attack with your Champion (losing the attack eliminates you from the game).
Attacking with your Champion can activate Attack Activation skills.
Defense Position Cards:
Defeat the first line of defense cards before attacking the Champion defense card.
The Champion card cannot be destroyed before the first line, unless a player's Champion attack fails, resulting in its own destruction.
Battlegrounds:
Affect only your defense cards and any cards attacking your defense.
SUPER (HERO/VILLAIN) POWER CARDS
Super Skills
Ability Skills
Abilities are single-use, requiring their discard once activated. Among these abilities, there is one known as the Offensive ability, exclusive to attacks. This ability activates automatically during an attack in Phase 2 - Combat.
Defense Skills
Defensive skills are accessible exclusively when the card occupies a defense position. These defensive skills activate upon the card being flipped face-up. Certain defensive skills, such as Trigger and Delayed, activate once unless the card is flipped face-down and then face-up again. Passive defensive skills remain continuously active when the card is face-up.

BATTLEGROUND CARDS
Battleground Effects
Battleground cards alters the powers of Supers and may grant additional advantages or effects upon the player.
Battleground cards a player controls only affect that player and do not impact other players. However, when a player initiates an attack, they leave their own Battleground and enter the defending player's Battleground. During the attack phase, the attacker and any cards used during this phase is subject to the effects of the defending player's Battleground cards. Once the attack phase ends, the attacker returns to their own Battleground and is no longer affected by the defending player's Battleground cards.
